  Waited 2 and a half hours for our food before being told the order never went through and there was no food on its way!!! We rang golden bowl twice to be told it was out for delivery with the driver, the just eat app told us it had been delivered and finally on our third call golden bowl told us that the order had never gone through! Whether this was the mistake of just eat or golden bowl neither did anything to rectify the mistake or tried to inform us so we could arrange an alternative meal! Never ordering from either again!

  Bloody awful. Messed our order up, said theyd refund but still waiting! S/S chicken balls burnt & sauce tasteless & watery, egg fried rice wasnt fried at all but plain boiled stodgy rice with egg in! Chicken chow mein was 'spot the chicken' disgusting. Very disappointed & won't buy from there again!

  I called to make an order and was on the phone a few seconds and asked for the total and she said it came to under the delivery charge so I was trying to speak to my family about what extra they wanted and she kept saying how I needed to hurry as people where waiting so I was trying to listen to my family and she said it about 5 times which I found exceptionally rude
